1) Book Club Meeting (25 min)

  1. 10 min: Share your favorite scenes that you've read this week. Plan what you will share with the class in two weeks.
  2. 5 min: Write 3 "Would you rather..." cards based on your book that you do not need to have read the book to understand. Examples: Would you rather get attacked by human-eating ants or a mamba. Would you rather live in the same town forever or a new town every day.
  3. 10 min: Play "Would you rather..." as a class.
2) Literacy Block: MicroUN Prep Week 1

  1. Overview of process:

    2. Pick your countries.
    3. Complete your research packet.
    4. Choose topics.
    5. Write a resolution.
    6. Pitch your resolution at our MicroUN conference.
  2. Today:
