1) Warm Up: 5-4-3-2-1
Reflect on the past week and list the following:
- 5 facts you learned
- 4 key terms
- 3 questions that you answered
- 2 people that helped you
- 1 question you still have
2) Tutorial
- Take out your notes.
- Identify a question or topic you have struggled with OR would like to know more about.
- Fill out a TRF.
- Set up three column notes. (Point-of-Confusion, Notes, Steps to Solve)
- Break into Tutorial groups.
- Give 30 second speeches, take three column notes, use the inquiry process to guide each other toward understanding.
- Fill out your reflection.
3) Success Workshop: Set a SMART goal and work!
- Get your poster from yesterday finished.
- Organize your binder.
- Work on work that you examined during Tutorial.
4) Exit Ticket: What do you need from your teachers right now?
