- Check the SMART goal that you set on Monday.
- Choose how to spend your time between now and the end of the period.
- Meet your SMART goal.
- Keep working on Task 3: Personal Projects Analysis or Task 2: Identity Tree.
- Work on homework.
- Read quietly.
- Complete revisions.
- Study.
2) Family Time Part 1: Sentence-Picture-Sentence (15 min)
3) Family Time Part 2: Choice Time (Until the end of class)
- Take out a blank sheet of paper.
- Write a sentence at the top of your paper. This sentence should be about your week, but does not have to be school related.
- Pass your paper to the right.
- Draw a picture of the sentence on the paper you have now. Fold the sentence over.
- Pass your paper to the right.
- Write a sentence of the picture on your paper. Fold the picture over.
- Pass your paper to the right.
- Continue until the owner has gotten their paper back.
- Share your original and final sentences.
- Discuss what made this challenging/fun/frustrating/meaningful/less meaningful/etc.
- Continue working on your Identity Tree, Personal Projects Analysis, homework, or revisions.
- Play a board or card game.
- Color or create a work of art.
- Start a book club.
- Vote on going outside for the last 15 minutes of class.
- Submit your application to talk at AVID Family Night.
