  2. Get your copy of the planning document.
  3. Add your group member names and college name at the top of the document.
  4. Read through the planning document as a group and add question marks for things you need to ask me.
  5. Begin to work. I suggest keeping all notes for the presentation poster in one google doc, shared with everyone, or note paper that is stapled to your packet.
  6. When the timer goes off, place your paper in the drawer for your AVID period. This is where your paper ALWAYS stays!!!!
3) Lesson Plan Part 2: End the Quarter Strong Marathon (Until the end of class)
Image result for due dates are closer than they appear
  1. Open up your copy of the document here and review what tasks you need to accomplish today. Notes about missing/late work/revision due dates:
    1. Sawyer: Due 4pm today
    2. Rice: Due 8am tomorrow
    3. Cheatham: Due before your test
    4. Foster: Due by lunch tomorrow (I have to leave early for a Drs appointment)
    5. Other teachers: Due before the end of the day on Thursday
  2. Write each task you will do on a mini sticky note.
  3. As you accomplish your tasks, post your sticky notes on the front board.
  4. At the end of the period, write yourself a to do list for tonight.
  5. **Optional: Want to bring up your TRF grades? I will replace your LOWEST TRF grade if you thoughtfully complete the goal setting sheet and confronting procrastination sheets TODAY.**
